divh2Sales Development Representative/h2pCampfire is looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 12 years of direct SDR experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and is looking for a clear path to become an Account Executive./ppYoull be the first point of contact for many of our prospectsowning outbound prospecting and building qualified pipeline through thoughtful, targeted outreach, while supporting inbound leads as they come in. Youll work closely with finance and operations leaders, helping them understand how Campfire can transform their workflows./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliGenerate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting (email, cold calls, and social) to finance and operations leaders/liliIdentify and engage decision-makers and key stakeholders at target accounts/liliRun intro and discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and evaluate fit/liliRespond quickly to inbound interest and qualify meetings before handing off to AEs/liliMaintain clean, detailed activity and pipeline records in HubSpot (and/or Apollo)/liliPartner with Account Executives on messaging, prospect strategy, and smooth lead handoffs/liliContinuously refine outbound messaging, targeting, and campaigns as we scale/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulli12 years of direct SDR experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold ERP, finance, or operations software/liliStrong experience generating and qualifying pipeline through outbound prospecting./liliYoure hungry, coachable, and thrive in ambiguity
