Schedule: 8-5 M-F. Could change to 7-5 depending on need.
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales / Inside Sales Associate to support daily operations. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, supporting warehouse/yard activities, and driving sales through excellent service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete and manage will-call orders accurately and efficiently
Pull and prepare orders from warehouse and yard for customer pickup and delivery
Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
Upsell products by identifying additional needs and recommending related items
Process orders, generate quotes, and enter information into the system
Serve as a liaison between customers and warehouse team
Operate a forklift safely
Minimum Qualifications:
Warehouse experience and forklift operation
2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
Computer literate
Position could become full time with the company
