Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information from the sales team to stakeholders and hotel departments • Prospect a list of company and referral leads generated through research, networking, social media, special events • Present prospective clients with sales presentations and other materials that promote event space, dining options, and facility features • Assist clients by acting as a point of contact and communicating with them by phone and email in response to their queries and requests • Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding guest satisfaction for the hotel group
Qualifications:
• Good organization and time management skills • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field is a plus • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry • Proven track record of sales success
