Sales Support Coordinator Location: Mineral Wells, TX Ventamatic is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to serve as the critical link between our Sales Managers, external partners, and internal operations. You will act as the "air traffic controller" for orders and information, ensuring our ventilation products reach retail big box stores, wholesale channels (Hardware, Lumber, Construction, HVAC, Electrical, Roofing, etc.), and direct-to-consumer (DTC) customers on time. Your goal is to streamline the sales cycle by executing inventory allocations and on-time shipping to bridge our gap between customer needs and our internal capabilities. Reports to:
Executive VP of Sales Key Responsibilities: Sales
Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for external
salespeople and customers, fielding requests and delivering timely updates
on order status, product availability, inventory allocation and delivery
updates to customers, Cross-Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with
Manufacturing, Shipping, and
Customer Service
to track production schedules and ensure on-time
delivery. Work with
Accounting
to resolve pricing
discrepancies or credit holds. Data
& Database Management:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date pricing
across all sales channels. Ensure the CRM/database reflects current
agreements for retail, wholesale, and DTC accounts. Forecasting:
Assist
Channel Sales Managers by maintaining and updating sales forecasts to help
Manufacturing align production with anticipated demand. Channel
Support:
Tailor support to meet the unique requirements of
diverse channels, from the high-volume logistics of big-box retail to the
technical specifications of HVAC and roofing wholesalers. Qualifications: Experience:
2-4
years in sales support, logistics, or account coordination (experience in
manufacturing or building materials is a plus). Communication:
Exceptional
interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate different departmental
"languages" (e.g., explaining a production delay to a
salesperson or a credit issue to a customer). Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly
MS
Excel
for pricing and forecast management. Hands-on experience
with
ERP and CRM systems
is required. Problem
Solving:
A proactive mindset focused on identifying bottlenecks
in the order-to-delivery process and resolving them before they impact the
customer. Adaptability:
Comfortable
managing the different paces of retail, wholesale, and e-commerce business
