You must be located in Boston or be willing to relocate for the role./ppstrongWhat Youll Do/strong/pulliYou will be responsible for making 75+ outbound cold calls per day to potential customers, introducing them to Cariinas software platform./liliCrafting and sending compelling email campaigns to generate interest and follow up on cold calling efforts./liliDemonstrate exceptional communication and persuasive skills to engage prospects, address their pain points, and showcase the value of Cariinas products./liliDevelop a deep understanding of the challenges faced by educational institutions and the potential impact of Cariinas software platform in addressing those challenges./liliWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and collectively achieve revenue targets./liliStay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance your effectiveness in the role./li/ulpstrongWhat You Bring/strong/pulliBased in Boston (or willing to relocate)./liliA genuine interest in the art of generating demand, and a relentless drive to meet and exceed targets./liliA willingness to learn and grow professionally, embracing feedback and implementing improvements to enhance performance./liliStrong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey Cariinas value proposition to potential customers./liliThe ability to articulate ideas and influence decision-makers, even in challenging conversations./liliA collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the sales team./liliWhile not mandatory, a bachelors degree in a relevant field can be beneficial./li/ulpstrongWhat Youll Get/strong/pulliCash compensation range: $50,000 - $75,000 based on performance./liliComprehensive health, dental, and vision plans for you and your family./liliOwnership in the company (stock options), aligning your success with the companys./liliAny technology that you need to succeed (hardware, software, reading materials, etc)./liliFlexible vacation and sick days./li/ulpCariina is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
