As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our sales organization to new heights. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor, requiring you to be a collaborative team player, a strong leader, and a proactive, strategic problem solver. Your efforts will significantly impact the companys growth and success./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliDevelop an in-depth knowledge of video advertising and the Katz CTV platform./liliSecure client meetings to advance partnership discussions./liliStrategically position platform to enhance revenue generation./liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across various client segments./liliLeverage industry expertise and sales tools to research and prospect new accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in Katz Digitals platform./liliEngage in high-level discovery conversations with senior agencies and client decision-makers./liliPrepare and respond to RFPs with professionalism and excellence./liliDrive revenue across diverse verticals./liliProvide regular business forecasts./liliAchieve and surpass revenue targets set by your manager./liliCollaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth post-sales process./liliWork with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution/li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulli4-year college degree./liliOver 3 years of experience in digital advertising or traditional TV sales./liliIn-depth knowledge of the online advertising industry, particularly video advertising./liliProven ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams./liliExceptional communication, presentation, and sales skills, with a talent for consultative and solution-oriented selling./liliExperience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting./liliProficient in ad campaign metrics and performance analysis./liliDemonstrated honesty, integrity, and a robust work ethic./li/ulpWhat Youll Bring:/pulliRespect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return/liliConfidence to prospect and quickly build rapport with customers/liliKnowledge of the media industry and related sales processes/liliDesire to broaden sales capabilities and knowledge base/liliAccountability for your own work and a desire to provide guidance to new team members/liliAbility to build a territory plan or account approach/liliObjective judgement and prior experience to solve business problems/liliStrong written and verbal communication, comfortable applying active listening and influencing skills to drive sales/liliUnderstanding of impact of your own efforts to meet sales quotas/li/ulpCompensation:/ppSalary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
