What do you need to become an AGLA Insurance Advisor?
- Good communication skills / excellent listening skills
- Strong time management, organization and computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to obtain or currently possess an active Life/Health license
- Positive outlook, self motivation and self discipline
- Outgoing personality with ability to build new relationships with a healthy network of contacts
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Valid state drivers license with reliable insured transportation
