About the Role Were looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in advancing medical education and connecting world-class brands with influential healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of sponsorships, exhibit space, and integrated marketing solutions across four cornerstone events./ppAs our Sales Executive, youll ignite connections, drive revenue, and help shape the future of longevity medicine education. Youll report to the Sales Director and work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure best-in-class customer service and seamless delivery./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliSell exhibition space and sponsorship packages across multiple flagship events (A4M BHRT, Womens Health Summit, Cognition360, and related programs)./liliOwn and convert inbound leads while crafting targeted outbound campaigns to build new business pipelines./liliCultivate long-term relationships with healthcare brands, solution providers, and industry stakeholders./liliRepresent the portfolio as a first point of contact for prospective sponsors and exhibitors./liliDevelop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business to meet and exceed individual revenue targets./liliMaintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce CRM./liliCollaborate with operations to manage booth allocation and exhibit hall floorplans./liliIdentify upsell opportunities and promote aligned products and service offerings across the portfolio./liliMeet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume, proposals sent, and closed revenue./li/ulpQualifications/pulli2+ years of B2B sales experience; experience selling sponsorships, media, or exhibitions is highly preferred./liliA self-starter with excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills./liliConfident communicator with a professional presence across phone, video, and in-person interactions./liliHighly organized and results-oriented, with strong CRM and reporting skills (Salesforce experience a plus)./liliPassionate about healthcare innovation, education, or the wellness/longevity space./liliAble to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple events simultaneously./li/ulpAdditional Information/pulliWe believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
