As APIs and new security data become available, were leading the change to create a full-stack, integrated security platform that puts users and outcomes first./ph3The Role/h3pAs an SDR II at Zip Security, youll play a key role in driving pipeline by owning outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads across mid-market and enterprise accounts. This role is designed for experienced SDRs who have consistently hit quota and are ready for more ownership, autonomy, and impact./ppYoull work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to refine messaging, test new outbound strategies, and help shape how we scale our go-to-market motion./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliOwn outbound prospecting efforts across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline./liliManage and qualify inbound leads through discovery calls, identifying strong fit and urgency./liliBook high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives, with a focus on pipeline quality over volume./liliTailor messaging by persona, industry, and use case to engage security and IT stakeholders./liliPartner with AEs to support account strategy and multi-thread into target accounts./liliMaintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in the CRM./liliShare feedback from prospects with Sales and Marketing to help improve messaging, targeting, and campaigns./liliServe as a role model for strong SDR fundamentals, consistency, and ownership./li/ulh3Wed Love to Hear From You If/h3ulliYou have 1.53+ years of SDR or BDR experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota./liliYoure comfortable running discovery conversations and qualifying opportunities independently./liliYou bring strong outbound skills and enjoy experimenting with messaging and tactics./liliYou thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments with ambiguity and high ownership./liliYoure organized, persistent, and accountable for results./liliYoure motivated to growwhether toward an AE role or deeper sales leadership./liliBonus: Experience selling into IT, security, or technical buyers./li/ulh3Our Values/h3ulliWe want our employees to learn, grow, and have career satisfaction./liliWe are a high autonomy, high trust organization that prioritizes thoughtful communication./liliWe value transparency, equity, and empathy./liliWe want to move fast, be flexible, but not break things./liliWe value balance./liliWe assume best intentions./li/ul/div
