Hours:
8am – 5pm Monday – Thursday, 8a-2pm Friday
Pay:
$15.50 / hour during training. $16.50 for bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates.
Duties include maintaining and expanding an existing customer base in certain allocated territories in the USA and/or Canada and providing technical support and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales acquisition through phone calls and emails.
Expected Active Phone time - at least 90 minutes/day
Maintain existing customer base
New Customer acquisition
Submitting Offers and Processing trials and orders
Maintaining the CRM program by entering relevant information into the system.
Key Requirements:
Experience in selling industrial tools or practical experience in using industrial tools would be desirable.
The candidate must be communicative and should not be hesitant to contact customers by phone and sell our products.
Professional demeanor and friendly personality
Willing and able to learn proprietary tools and parts
Experience using computers REQUIRED
Screening:
Candidates may be required to complete client-specific screenings, such as background checks or drug testing.
