Overview
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across corporate offices, data centers, and cloud environments. This role will play a critical part in ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing network operations across a distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including switching, routing, and wireless environments
Support and maintain data center networking equipment, including core switching and storage networking
Administer and enhance next-generation firewall infrastructure to ensure security and compliance
Troubleshoot network performance issues and outages, ensuring minimal downtime
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement network solutions
Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and standards
Support infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud connectivity and hybrid environments
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with enterprise networking technologies (routing, switching, wireless)
Hands-on experience with Cisco networking environments (Meraki, Nexus, or similar)
Experience with next-generation firewalls (Palo Alto or similar)
Solid understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DNS, DHCP, IPsec)
Proven troubleshooting and incident resolution experience
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud networking (Azure and/or AWS)
Familiarity with NAC / 802.1x environments
Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent)
Education
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
