We are seeking a skilled
Network Administrator
to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of data networks and services. This role involves deploying, managing, and optimizing both on-premise and cloud-based network environments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and play a key role in supporting critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure across
LAN, WAN, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
Configure and support network hardware, firewalls, and third-party cloud connectivity solutions
Troubleshoot complex network issues using packet capture analysis, logs, and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design and optimize network topology, routing, and service levels
Develop and implement monitoring, alerting, and response runbooks to ensure optimal network performance
Adhere to
Incident, Problem, and Change (CAB)
management processes
Perform capacity planning and support disaster recovery initiatives to ensure business continuity
Assist project teams with network architecture and solution design for new implementations
Coordinate installation and upgrades of network hardware and software across enterprise environments
Evaluate and recommend network technologies, products, and standards
Manage lifecycle of network devices, including patching, upgrades, and hardware refreshes
Deploy and maintain security infrastructure including
firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions
Design and implement
Wireless LAN (WLAN)
solutions
Engage with vendors and service providers for procurement and support of network services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation
Required Qualifications & Experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience
in network administration or a related role
Strong experience with:
Palo Alto Firewalls
Cisco Catalyst & Nexus switches
Cisco Wireless solutions
(Client, Prime Infrastructure)
F5 BIG-IP
(various modules)
Experience with
public cloud networking
(Azure and/or AWS)
Proficiency with
Windows and Linux operating systems
Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks such as
Ansible, Nornir, Python, Terraform, or Go
Solid understanding of networking protocols, routing, switching, and security principles
Experience supporting data center environments or working with managed data center providers
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with monitoring and network management tools such as:
LogicMonitor
NetScout
NetBox
Temporal
Exposure to infrastructure automation and DevOps practices
Additional Requirements
Willingness to provide
off-hours and weekend support
as needed
Ability to participate in a
24/7 on-call rotation
Occasional travel may be required
