QA Automation Engineer
to support testing and validation of customer-facing applications. This role focuses on building scalable automation, improving test coverage, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
This is a
12-month contract with strong potential to convert .
Location:
Downtown Houston (Onsite)
Pay:
$70–$85/hr
Duration:
12 months (possible conversion)
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using
Selenium & Appium (C#/.NET)
Build and enhance automation frameworks (POM, reusable components)
Integrate automated testing into
CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
Execute cross-browser and device testing using
BrowserStack or Digital.ai
Create and manage
regression, smoke, and test plans
Perform manual and exploratory testing as needed
Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and support root-cause analysis
What You Bring
Hands-on experience with
Selenium WebDriver & Appium using C#/.NET
Experience integrating automation into
CI/CD environments
Familiarity with
BrowserStack or Digital.ai
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and test planning
Experience supporting
external/customer-facing applications
Nice to Have
API testing experience ( RestSharp, HttpClient )
Experience with
SpecFlow / BDD frameworks
Exposure to accessibility or performance testing
