Salary - Base 140k CAD +5% Org Bonus +5%Perfprmance Bonus .
Must have Skills : Apex, Lightning (LWC)
Job Description :
Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, Web Services, and middleware tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce applications.
Maintain data integrity and security within Salesforce.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure optimal platform performance.
Obsessed about code quality and automated test
Experience of the full Software Development Lifecycle
Participate in and help execute team peer design and code reviews.
Create software which fully considers all aspects of performance, security, reliability, and monitoring.
Be an active participant in an Agile Scrum team which uses ceremonies such as daily standup, sprint planning, and retrospectives to conduct development.
Coordinate with product management to estimate, refine, and plan the product roadmap for upcoming features and functionality.
Loves to mentor and grow more junior developers
Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form.
