• Lead delivery of backend services, cloud components, data workflows, and cross-team
engineering initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure clarity of scope and
timelines across engineering teams.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable plans and maintain strong alignment between
engineering, product, and operations.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, reliability, observability, and security.
• Drive transparent communication, including status reporting, risk management, and cross-
functional stakeholder updates.
Required Qualifications
• Strong understanding of
Java/Spring Boot microservices , REST APIs, distributed systems, and
cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to read and evaluate technical design documents, architectural diagrams, sequence
flows, and service interaction
