Ensure accuracy of pricing, promotions, and product details on all orders
Assist sales reps with order processing, follow-ups, and customer requests
Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and the sales team
Customer Service & Communication Manage and respond to the sales inbox in a timely and professional manner
Answer inbound customer phone inquiries, providing product information and order support
Serve as a reliable point of contact for retailers and partners
Escalate issues as needed while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Product & Portal Management Set up and maintain product listings across various retailer and distributor portals
Ensure product information, pricing, and assets are accurate and up to date
Coordinate with internal teams to reflect new product launches and updates
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams
Support promotional execution by ensuring correct pricing and codes are applied
Assist with reporting, data entry, and general sales operations tasks
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Marketing or related field
1-3 years of sales, account management, or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Demonstrated initiative and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to take ownership and proactively solve problems.
Highly responsive and dependable, especially in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with ERP systems (Netsuite) is a plus
Passion for sports, particularly tennis, pickleball and padel, a strong plus.
