Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 8 10+ years of hands-on expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in modern Salesforce development and experience working in secure, regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, Bulk, and Streaming APIs
Implement Change Data Capture and/or Platform Events for real-time data processing
Manage security and metadata configurations across the platform
Configure and maintain Profiles, Permission Sets, and Field-Level Security
Implement secure integrations using Named Credentials and OAuth
Ensure compliance with data security standards, especially in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, PII)
Required Skills & Experience:
8 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and metadata
Experience with event-driven architecture (CDC/Platform Events)
Familiarity with secure authentication methods (OAuth, Named Credentials)
Experience working in regulated environments is a plus
