Introduction
We are seeking a skilled professional to design, build, and modify data pipelines for analytics use, focusing on best practices in enterprise data architecture. The candidate will build solutions for real-time data ingestion, storage, and analytics, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability to support complex workflows and global metric initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Data Engineering - 5+ years
SQL - 5-10 Years
Experience with Python or Alteryx
People analytics experience
Prior work experience in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with HR or people data systems
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies like Azure or AWS
Exposure to Alteryx Server
Lean Six Sigma experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Maintain and improve data pipelines for reporting and analytics products.
Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver data solutions, including dashboarding and automated reporting.
Implement automated data pipeline and transformation capabilities using cloud-native ETL tools.
