Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 6+ months
Salary Range: $35-40/hr on W2 without benefits
Introduction:
As part of a smart, talented, and detail-oriented team, you will ensure the quality and accuracy of our core business processes. You will support the operational health of a program delivering high-value, pre-approved leads to our auto dealership partners. We seek a dedicated, disciplined, and analytical professional who excels in a team environment with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to change. You will maintain data integrity and support our sales and operations functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with SQL
Lean or Six Sigma certification
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Perform manual data recording, validation, and reconciliation between systems to ensure accuracy.
Conduct rigorous data validation and quality control checks on critical process outputs.
Manage and record payments for sales events, ensuring financial data accuracy.
Identify opportunities for process automation to increase efficiency.
Manipulate and analyze process data to enhance operational reports and dashboards.
Collect, analyze, and measure process data for business process improvements.
Monitor operational processes and identify risks, escalating to the manager as needed.
Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to resolve data discrepancies.
