Hardware Engineer
Location:
Longmont, CO (100% Onsite) Duration:
1+ Year Contract Experience:
7–10+ Years
Core Responsibilities:
Design, test, and debug PCB-level circuits (not PCB layout)
Perform hands-on lab testing, verification, and characterization
Develop test methods and support transition from testing → design
Work on new product development and enhancements
Use lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DVMs) for analysis and troubleshooting
Key Requirements:
Strong digital and analog circuit design fundamentals
High-speed signal testing (e.g., PCIe, eye diagrams, probing)
Experience with power subsystem design (buck/boost regulators)
Hands-on PCB-level testing and debugging experience
Ability to analyze complex hardware issues and develop solutions
Preferred Skills:
Test automation (Python, equipment control)
Experience in SSD, communications, or similar EE domains
Familiarity with PCIe (nice to have)
Education:
BSEE required; MSEE preferred
