We are seeking an experienced Mobile Automation Testing / Oracle DDB Test Lead with strong expertise in functional testing and enterprise test lifecycle management. The role involves leading test strategy, design, execution, and coordination across business and technical stakeholders for complex enterprise applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, and Process Consultants
Participate in design and development walkthroughs to define testing scope
Analyze business requirements and assess testability
Review solution architecture and technical specifications for test readiness
Design and develop system, integration, and regression test cases
Lead test execution and ensure quality validation across releases
Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
Support knowledge management and documentation of test processes
Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery of testing activities
Required Qualifications
8–10+ years of experience in software testing and QA
Strong expertise in CCB (Customer Care & Billing) testing
Strong functional testing experience in enterprise applications
Experience in test planning, design, and execution
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in large programs
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with UFT (Unified Functional Testing)
Experience with Selenium automation testing
Exposure to mobile testing and automation frameworks
Experience in Oracle-based enterprise environments (DDB/Test Lead experience preferred)
Strong defect management and reporting skills
