Are you looking to work from your own home with a true/ work life balance?Warren Recruiting’s client, a Texas based law firm, is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to work on a myriad of corporate and related matters.The ideal attorney has 5+ years of experience solving the complex problems associated with growing companies.As the outside General Counsel to several national and local companies, the ability to solve real world problems is paramount.In addition to handling matters typically associated with the general counsel’s office, this experienced corporate attorney will also work on larger mergers, acquisitions, disposition, leasing and financing. This position is conveniently located in your home, but must reside in the Houston area.
