Our software enables customers to efficiently manage their accounts payable processing through workflow automation, document management, and accounting system integration. Our products have wide ranging tech stacks that include desktop, SaaS, and mobile offering Paperless Environments is looking for a sales executive to be responsible for generating a pipeline and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, consistent follow up, mastery of the sales process, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. Applicants with a background or experience in accounting, construction, software sales, or technical/software sales engineer a big plus. To succeed in this role, you should understand the sales process and be highly organized, tech-savvy, self-directed, and skilled in building strong relationships. What you need to do: Prospect and qualify new sales leads Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company's products Track all sales activities and follow up in our CRM system Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed sales revenue goals Prepare and submit sales proposals and follow to completion Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects, customers, and partners What you need to have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent relevant experience 2-4 years sales experience, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills Working knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office Understanding of the construction business or finance/operations, with experience in AP/AR workflows, process automation, and content management, OCR or compliance functions is a plus. Also, software sales engineers, implementers, and technical trainers with customer facing experience will do very well.
