The Opportunity

Adobe Firefly is revolutionizing the world of generative AI and creative expression, and we are looking for an experienced First Line Manager (FLM) to lead a dedicated team of Firefly Product Specialists. Adobe’s Firefly Product Specialist Sales team is focused on driving and supporting solution and value-based sales across the Adobe Firefly Services & Custom Models. This is a high-impact role, focused on fostering enterprise-wide growth within Creativity & Productivity (C&P) Enterprise accounts, in close coordination with Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO) Industry accounts. Our growth targets are ambitious, and we need a committed, proven sales leader to help us achieve them.

As the FLM for Firefly Specialist Sales, you will lead 5+ specialists responsible for C&P Enterprise accounts across various verticals. You will drive strategic engagement with Adobe’s generative AI offerings, building lasting relationships with customer executives and working cross functionally with C&P and CXO
