Physical Therapist

Avera Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients across diverse populations to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, development of evidence-based treatment plans, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance and gait training, and patient/family education. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in the EMR, and support quality and safety initiatives.
