As the Salesforce Technical Architect, you will design the blueprint for the Air Force's next generation recruiting platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and resilient enough to support thousands of recruiters worldwide. You will define the technical roadmap, oversee integrations with other Department of Defense (DoD) systems, and enforce best practices in architecture and compliance. This is a fully remote role. It is contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities
Define technical roadmap and best practices Ensure performance, compliance, and scalability Mentor developers and lead solution design Oversee security and data integration standards Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering 8+ years Salesforce development/architecture experience Certification: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent Desired Qualifications
AWS/Salesforce Gov Cloud experience DoD IL2/IL4 compliance knowledge Seniority level
