Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Planning:
Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans based on ABA principles.
Remote Supervision:
Provide virtual supervision and mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
Parent Training:
Educate parents and caregivers on ABA principles to reinforce skill acquisition and generalize progress at home.
Collaboration:
Work with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals through Children Family Team (CFT) conferences to support holistic development.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze session data to inform treatment modifications and ensure evidence-based practices.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and weekly progress notes.
Qualifications
Certification:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
Licensure:
Must be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New Jersey.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with ASD and related developmental disabilities.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong computer literacy and comfort using technology for virtual sessions and remote documentation.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote capacity.
Compensation & Employment Details
Position:
BCBA
Hourly Rate:
$65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Location:
Fully Remote (Serving clients in New Jersey)
Bonuses:
Available for participating occasional in-person sessions.
