Cruise Support Concierge You will assist clients in researching, organizing, and reserving travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, cruises, and activities.
This role focuses on providing personalized support to help clients create smooth and enjoyable travel experiences. You will communicate with clients to understand their preferences, offer recommendations, and manage the details of their trips from start to finish. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, are detail-oriented, and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Research and plan travel options based on client preferences
Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, and packages
Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide guidance
Provide destination recommendations and travel insights
Manage reservations and assist with updates or changes when needed
Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier options
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to organize information and manage multiple details
Comfortable using online tools and completing research
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or Latin America
