Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians during medical procedures, managing patient interactions, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients./ph3Position Details:/h3ulliLocation: Glendale West Hollywood clinics/liliSchedule: Monday Wednesday 9-4pm/liliCompensation: $22-$24/hr/liliPaid training out of state (2 weeks; fully paid for by USA Clinics Group)/li/ulh3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliGreet patients and escort them to the examination rooms; assist patients with the completion of forms as necessary./liliBecome familiar with clinic computer hardware and software and use according to company policies./liliAnswer multiple line and multiple language telephone lines./liliSchedule appointments and accommodate patient appointment needs, such as ordering transportation, rescheduling, etc./liliContact insurance companies to verify eligibility./liliPerform clerical work as needed, i.e., copying, filing, faxing, etc./liliMaintain procedure rooms by ensuring that they are neat and ready for use at all times./liliAssist doctors during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures in accordance with instructions and individual doctor preferences./liliPrepare patients before procedures and clean up after/liliEnsure patient receipt of post-procedure instructions and how to obtain medication if needed/liliApply knowledge of sterile techniques and OSHA regulations/liliAdditional duties as assigned/li/ululliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/lili1+ years experience as an MA/liliNational CMA, CCMA, or RMA certificate is preferred/liliAbility to work well in a fast-paced team environment/liliExperience in a vascular setting is preferred/liliSpanish fluency is preferred/li/ul/div
