You are acting as a Weapon Systems Engineer (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.

• Requirements analysis and definition (SRD e.g. incl. requirements engineering in DOORS)
• Define test plans for development or formal tests (certification and qualification)
• Define test procedures for laboratory integration and qualification
• System architecture development Interface definition to other systems like mission management-, cockpit- or other avionics systems
• Supporting of technical milestone reviews
• Perform integration and qualification tests in laboratory
• Perform re-test of corrective actions with supplier
• Assess and evaluate test results from laboratory tests, ground and flight test campaigns
• Definition and validation of different test means like mission data and other test artefacts
• Supporting to find agile and lean ways of performing engineering activities
• Support for tests campaigns

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or comparable
• Experience in Mission or Electronic Warfare systems (sensors, countermeasures, avionics, etc.) or associated fields like radar
• Experience in Electronic Warfare System Integration and Requirements Management
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Knowledge about System Development Processes (DPA-ABD200) would be a plus
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken
• German knowledge would be a plus
