About the Role We are currently seeking an organised and motivated Retail Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our retail store. This role will involve assisting the Retail Manager with team coordination, stock management, merchandising, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting store performance while ensuring high standards across the retail floor. Key Responsibilities Support the Retail Manager with daily store operations Coordinate and support retail assistants across the store Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with healthcare and retail product enquiries Assist with merchandising, stock control, ordering, pricing, and promotional activity Process sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and till operations accurately Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and visually appealing Support opening and closing procedures where required Assist in minimising stock loss and maintaining store security awareness Communicate effectively with customers, pharmacy teams, and Head Office departments What Were Looking For Previous retail or pharmacy retail experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Customer-focused with a proactive attitude Ability to support and motivate team members Professional presentation and strong attention to detail Why Join Us Opportunity to join a rapidly growing pharmacy retail organisation Supportive and team-oriented environment Ongoing learning and development opportunities Career progression within the organisation Fast-paced and rewarding workplace Work Pattern Flexibility is required across weekday, weekend and Bank Holiday trading hours, including morning, mid and evening shifts.
