We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to lead the deployment of a Digital Trade platform in the US market. The project is currently in the initiation phase and requires strong collaboration with both Commercial and IT stakeholders in a global environment. Remote Work
️Remote work (from Poland) Responsibilities
Lead the deployment of the digital trading platform in the US, including a payment solution for retailer trade incentives Manage end‑to‑end project governance: planning, steering, monitoring, and reporting Coordinate communication across multiple global teams and ensure a consistent project cadence (meetings, follow‑ups, progress tracking) Manage remote delivery with stakeholders operating mainly in the US/BA time zones Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery Collaborate closely with Commercial and IT teams across markets Requirements
6+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering digital/IT initiatives Strong business‑oriented project management experience Experience delivering projects in FMCG or retail environments (ideally experience with trade incentives, payments, e‑ordering, or retailer engagement platforms) Strong stakeholder management and cross‑team communication skills Experience working in global, remote, distributed environments Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in US/BA time zones Fluent English (spoken and written) - at least C1 Nice to Have
Experience with digital trading or similar retail platforms Experience with Salesforce, preferably Experience Cloud Benefits
