Hours: Starting at 20+ hours per week with room for growth. Fixed hours during the school year are Mon-Thu 3-5pm EST. Flexible schedule for the additional hours.
Key Responsibilities: -Facilitate marketing efforts to drive program growth. -Interact with clients and maintain strong relationships. -Manage databases and ensure accurate records. -Coordinate schedules and logistics between coaches and clients. -Assist in the chess coach hiring process as needed. -Handle invoicing and ensure timely payments. -Assist in business development efforts.
Key Qualities: -Excellent writing and communication skills. -Exceptionally organized and accountable. -Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets. -Proactive and able to take initiative. -Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. -Detail-oriented and meticulous. -Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tasks.
Preferred Experiences: -Managing accounts and employees. -Sales or customer service background. -Billing and invoicing. -Familiarity with office management tasks. -Previous work with yeshivos, day schools, or camps. -Creating flyers and graphics. -Knowledge of social media platforms.
