ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide post‑sales and service support for existing insurance clients. This position is remote within Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide post‑sales support and handle service‑related inquiries for existing customers.
Manage policies, including renewals and cancellations.
If licensed, bind new coverages and assist with policy changes.
Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and maintaining records.
Collaborate with the agency team to ensure timely and accurate client service.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in an independent agency
Active 220 Florida Insurance License
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
