Duties, Expectations and Skills:
The main goal is to attract new local /regional advertisers & to close sales.
Recruit, Hire, Train, Motivate and Manage a Sales Team of Independent Contractors
Prospect, contact, present product to potential advertisers.
Excellent organizational skills
One Call Close Experience a Plus
IT literacy
Excellent communication @ interpersonal skills and should be able to connect, engage, and work well with a variety of personalities.

Based on experience: up to $100,000 salary annually + Commission +Bonus+ Override (Manager)
