We are currently looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. Job Description: 2-4 years of experience in inside sales At least 1 year of IT services/SaaS/staffing sales experience Experience in cold calling, email, and social media outreach Experience in using CRM and other sales tools Responsibilities: Responsible for new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers (end-to-end sales) Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media Communicate effectively with all levels (C, SVP, VP, Dir, etc.) and key decision-makers Set up appointments or calls between prospective clients and explain our services Maintaining strong relationships with the prospect through the entire sales process (followups and scheduling/rescheduling meetings) Benefits: Medical, dental insurance 401K plan
