Remote Customer Service Advisor , you’ll assist customers who have questions regarding their recent purchases. Duties include helping track orders, addressing concerns about order status and returns, and providing excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries about recent purchases. Assist with tracking numbers, order statuses, and returns. Resolve issues efficiently using problem‑solving skills. Professionally de‑escalate upset customers. Engage in upselling when appropriate. Demonstrate empathy and strong communication abilities. Excel in high‑pace environments as a skilled problem solver. Must be 18 or older. High School Diploma or GED. Successfully pass a background check. Minimum six months in a customer service role.
