Your Role And Responsibilities As an Oracle Cloud HCM & Payroll cloud Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of integrated, high-quality solutions that meet customer objectives. You will analyze business needs to ensure that the Oracle solution aligns with the customer’s goals by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Design and Implement Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of integrated, high-quality solutions that meet customer objectives, combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen to ensure alignment with customer goals.
Evaluate Methods and Techniques: Evaluate and select the appropriate methods and techniques to deliver both functional and technical solutions, resolving complex customer issues by recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
Provide Direction and Oversight: Provide direction and oversight to project teams, influencing key decisions made by customer leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
Support Business Development: Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions, leveraging expertise in HCM business processes to identify potential growth areas.
Architect Technology Solutions: Architect and design technology solutions that encompass multiple products or platforms, utilizing expertise in HCM business processes across modules.
This Job can be Performed from anywhere in the US.
Education Preferred Education: Master\'s Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Deep Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud: Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including design, implementation, and integration of multiple products or platforms to meet customer objectives.
Industry Best Practices Knowledge: Experience with industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen to analyze business needs and ensure alignment with customer goals.
Complex Issue Resolution: Experience resolving complex customer issues by recommending and implementing innovative solutions, utilizing expertise in HCM business processes across modules.
Technical Solution Design: Experience designing and implementing technical solutions that meet customer objectives, including evaluating and selecting appropriate methods and techniques.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience providing direction and oversight to project teams, influencing key decisions made by customer leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
HCM Business Process Expertise: Deep understanding of HCM business processes across multiple modules, enabling the design of comprehensive technology solutions that meet customer objectives.
Innovative Solution Development: Experience developing and implementing innovative solutions to resolve complex customer issues, leveraging industry best practices and product knowledge.
Multi-Platform Integration: Experience integrating multiple products or platforms to deliver high-quality solutions that align with customer goals.
