A Service Specialist is part of a cross-functional team responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support services to our clients. This is a highly versatile, “wear-many-hats” role that may include responsibilities across copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities, reception, IT/AV support, and general office services. In addition, this role will include processing name tags and assisting with basic IT/audio-visual support needs as required. Essential Job Responsibilities Mail Services Meter, sort, and distribute mail and accountable packages according to established schedules Copy/Print Services Accurately produce copy, print, and scan projects based on written instructions and client requests Reception Services Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately in a professional and timely manner Greet and announce visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner Hospitality Services Coordinate and maintain client conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas Ensure all spaces are clean, stocked, and fully prepared for ongoing use Organize and distribute kitchen and hospitality supplies Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed Floor Coordination Maintain copy rooms and supply areas, including stocking paper and general office supplies Deliver supplies throughout the office as needed Perform basic daily upkeep to ensure operational readiness Facilities Support Assist with small office moves, hanging pictures, and basic workspace setup needs Support light cleaning duties and coordinate with key client contacts regarding facility or equipment concerns Additional Cross-Functional Support Process and prepare name tags for meetings and client events Provide assistance with IT and audio-visual support needs, including basic setup and troubleshooting for meetings and presentations Support general office operations as needed in a flexible, team-oriented capacity Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field Strong ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail Ability to resolve issues professionally, calmly, and with tact Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs or greater Ability to push, pull, and transport packages on a wheeled cart with a load capacity of up to 75 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods of time Strong commitment to teamwork, reliability, and customer service excellence Hours of Operation:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation:
Up to $22.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
