Requirements What You'll Do
Enter and update patient and medical information accurately into our database systems
Review records for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
Organize and maintain digital files and health records
Verify data accuracy by cross-checking source documents
Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
Follow company data entry guidelines and quality standards
Handle all patient information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
Participate in onboarding training and ongoing coaching sessions
