This position is an exciting remote opportunity to sell life insurance solutions, build relationships with clients, and grow a team over time. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with individuals interested in life insurance, focusing on engaging and serving clients. Client Engagement: Present and promote life insurance solutions, conduct needs assessments, and help clients make informed decisions aligned with their financial goals and insurance requirements. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Training & Development: Participate in live, company-wide coaching sessions and gain hands-on experience from top-performing virtual sales reps. Sales Tracking: Use advanced tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward goals. Compliance: Ensure activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information and upholding ethical practices. Qualifications
Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients. Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to offer solutions that address client concerns and fit within their budget. Ability to build lasting relationships and a willingness to receive constructive feedback. Previous industry experience is a plus but not required. Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation: Annual Bonus and Commission Earnings are based on average performance in current markets, with monthly performance-based bonuses and residual income paid on the anniversary of each client’s policy.
