Position Summary: StrataBuilt is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated
Data Entry Specialist
to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining high volumes of data with speed and accuracy. This is a fully remote position that requires discipline, focus, and a commitment to data integrity.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately input data into internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
Review source documents to verify data accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update records to ensure all information is current and properly organized.
Perform routine audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
Collaborate with other remote team members to resolve data-related issues.
Handle confidential information securely and professionally.
Generate reports or summaries as requested by supervisors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
Proven experience in a data entry, clerical, or administrative support role.
Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy required).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and general computer literacy.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
