Location Internet-based company with its primary office located in Hamilton, Montana. This position requires the ability to work remotely from home but needs be physically located in Montana or Ohio.
Company Description Tax Sale Resources (TSR) has been the industry’s leading company in tax sale data for over a decade. TSR has recently expanded into the mortgage foreclosure market and provides the same quality of investment data for internal and external customers. Our mission is to empower real estate investors with the most accurate and comprehensive data available, helping them to make informed investment decisions and succeed in the market.
Jurisdiction Information:
TSR provides contact information (phone, fax, email, address, etc.) for each jurisdiction that controls tax and mortgage foreclosure sales.
Upcoming Sale Specifics:
TSR constantly monitors upcoming sale information including sale date & start time, location, website (for online auctions), sale type (lien, deed, redeemable deed and mortgage foreclosure), and bidding method, as well as other details pertinent to the auction.
Property Data:
TSR provides sale data in various easily navigable formats. This includes a complete sale calendar that can be exported into MS Excel.
Job Responsibilities
Track and schedule foreclosure auctions across the United States.
Acquire and maintain up-to-date lists of parcels being sold atauction.
Conduct thorough research of loan and foreclosure documents toaccurately acquire and verify parcel numbers.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and externalpartners (e.g., law firms, auctioneers, county offices) to ensure allinformation is accurate and timely.
Maintain and update internal databases and tracking systems with thelatest foreclosure status information.
Assist in preparing and reviewing foreclosure-related documents for accuracy and compliance with state and federal laws.
Required Qualifications
Job Experience: 1‐3 Years
Familiarity with key legal and real estate documents, including property deeds, foreclosure judgments, and county assessor records.
Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability touse spreadsheets for data tracking and organization.
Strong ability to research and navigate multiple platforms via theinternet to locate and verify information.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.
