Part-Time or PRN Phlebotomist

The Greer Group, Inc. Is seeking a Phlebotomist Part-Time or PRN Day Shift for the Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, Fuquay-Varina, and Holly Springs areas. Perfect for healthcare professionals seeking flexible opportunities. Job Description: Provide patients with excellent customer/patient service. Collect blood samples from patients. Practice proper patient identification. Label vials with patient names and dates. Decipher the best method for drawing blood depending on the specific patient. Locations include Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, Fuquay-Varina, and Holly Springs. Flexible PRN - Set your availability Office hours are Monday-Friday, majority being 8:00AM - 5:30PM.

Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of High School Diploma and a Certificate/Diploma from an Accredited Phlebotomy training program. National certification (ASCP, ASPT, etc.) preferred. Able and willing to commute to different locations (reliable transportation). Requires electronic order entry (strongly skilled). Must be professional in communication and presentation. Strongly prefer experienced candidates with minimum of two years, performing venipuncture on both adults and adolescents. Point of care testing experience a plus. Complete a successful background check and drug screen.
