As a Sales Development Representative you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and revenue streams. This role focuses on generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team through effective outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and qualify lead prospects to determine suitability for VizSense services.
  • Build targeted lists and execute high-volume outreach via calls and emails.
  • Create buyer personas and update sales collateral to reflect campaign successes.
  • Manage sales and marketing content repository for easy team access.
  • Implement and optimize cold outreach strategies via HubSpot and other platforms.
  • Network within client industries to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing on outreach tactics.
  • Promptly respond to inquiries and schedule uncovering calls with qualified leads.
  • Maintain CRM to ensure accurate lead status tracking and follow-ups.
  • Host uncovering calls to qualify prospects and understand their needs.
  • Schedule and conduct capabilities calls to present VizSense's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team on proposal creation and support lead follow-up.
  • Document all interactions and update CRM with lead progress and details.
  • Assist in ad-hoc requests from the Business Development Team and coordinate with other departments.
  • Support Sales Team during uncovering, capabilities, and proposal calls as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Located in Boston, NY or Dallas.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Strategic planning and partnership skills.
  • Deep brand marketing understanding.
  • Client service focus and leadership skills.
  • Adaptability in digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
