Store Sales Associate- Duluth

The responsibility of Store Sale Associate is to providing excellent customer services and driving sales for Getfastshirt.com. They are responsible for greet customers, offer assistance with product selection, process transaction and maintain sales floor. They have to handle returns and complains and contribute to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities for Store Sales Associate:

• Processing freight at Getfastshirt.com
• Assisting with the taking price changes/Markdowns
• Balances his/her register according to company policy
• Calls out prices for customer when ringing register transaction
• Bags Merchandise efficiently when completing customer's transaction
• Handles all cash, checks and credit cards correctly and by company policy
• Obtain management approval when needed for returns, voids and checks
• Handles maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned
• Provides proper customer services
• Assists management in merchandising sales floor according to stock level
• Explains our exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.

Qualifications for Store Sales Associates:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages
