what we build reflects how work actually happens in the field, while also understanding how decisions impact the broader system. This includes owning product outcomes end-to-end – from problem discovery through delivery and usability – and designing practical, high-quality workflows in the absence of a dedicated design function. Success in this role requires balancing business needs, technical constraints, and platform-wide implications, while leveraging AI as a force multiplier to accelerate product workflows and improve decision quality.
This position is located on-site.
What we offer:
Group Health, Dental, and Vision plans
Pet insurance, Life insurance, and EAP benefits
401K with employer match
Paid holidays and paid time off
Opportunity for advancement
Upbeat and exciting company culture and much more!
Responsibilities include:
Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a major Field Operations product domain, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational needs
Develop a deep understanding of field operations through direct engagement, including ride-alongs and workflow observation, and structured stakeholder interactions
Translate operational challenges into clear product opportunities, problem statements, and prioritized initiatives
Lead roadmap planning and prioritization, balancing business impact, technical complexity, operational feasibility, and cross-domain dependencies
Design and deliver end-to-end product solutions in partnership with engineering, ensuring usability and effectiveness in real-world field conditions
Own user experience and workflow design, creating intuitive and efficient systems without reliance on a dedicated design team
Identify, evaluate, and manage cross-domain dependencies, ensuring product decisions account for platform-wide impacts and system interactions
Define, track, and evaluate success metrics, connecting product performance to operational efficiency and business outcomes
Communicate product strategy, roadmap decisions, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Build strong, trust-based relationships with field operations leadership and act as the primary partner for the domain
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority, ensuring coordinated execution and shared understanding
Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to raising the overall product quality, standards, and practices across the team
Leverage AI tools to accelerate product workflows, including synthesizing discovery insights, drafting documentation, generating requirements, and supporting research
Apply AI to identify patterns across operational data and stakeholder feedback, improving prioritization and decision-making
Continuously evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI into both product development processes and the product experience, where it adds meaningful value
What You Bring:
8 years of experience in product management
Deep experience in owning complex product domains or platforms end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and outcome ownership
Strong platform and systems thinking, with the ability to understand and manage dependencies across interconnected systems
Ability to evaluate product decisions based on both local impact and broader system-wide implications
Experience translating ambiguous business and operational problems into clear product strategies and actionable plans
Strong understanding of how product decisions impact business performance, scalability, and operational efficiency
Ability to design practical, user-centered workflows and interfaces without reliance on a dedicated design team
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with the ability to build trust and align teams without direct authority
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex ideas, tradeoffs, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to define meaningful success metrics, analyze outcomes, and make data-informed decisions
High level of comfort operating in an ambiguous, evolving environment with incomplete information
Demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to improving team standards and product practices
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity across product workflows, including research, discovery synthesis, documentation, and requirement generation
Ability to apply AI thoughtfully to enhance decision-making, identify patterns, and improve product outcomes without over-reliance on automation

Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
Experience working with design systems and UX teams
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma or Github
Experience working in or with field operations, logistics, workforce management, or service-based business environments preferred
