This is an administration-focused role within the Health & Safety (H&S) team, providing technical and digital support to both the wider team and the Senior Technical Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of SHEQ management systems, while also actively maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising a modern digital safety technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Systems & Platform Administration Act as the first line of support and super-user for digital SHEQ platforms Manage user accounts, including onboarding/offboarding and assigning correct permissions Ensure site teams are correctly set up and supported on mobile applications Maintain dashboard and system data accuracy, identifying and flagging anomalies Assist with the provisioning and basic troubleshooting of mobile devicesSHEQ Administration Support Maintain, update, and control SHEQ documentation, including the creation of user guides Support the creation and distribution of site safety alerts and compliance communications Assist with training records, certification tracking, and onboarding processesContinuous Improvement & Data Support Assist with the production of weekly and monthly SHEQ performance and compliance reports Support the development of digital workflows and improved system processes within the SHEQ function What we're looking for:
Essential Strong digital literacy and confidence using modern software, cloud platforms, and mobile applications Proven experience in an administrative or structured office-based role High attention to detail, particularly in data entry, document formatting, and record management Strong communication skills, with the ability to support and guide field-based users through basic software troubleshooting Understanding of professional UK workplace standards and the importance of complianceDesirable (Not Essential) Experience with integrated safety management systems, telematics, or digital auditing tools Exposure to VBA, macros, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric Basic understanding of UK HSE standards, or an introductory safety qualification (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely)
