We currently offer courses in
Robotics and Coding, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy , and we are continuing to expand our reach.
Nucleus is currently hiring
three Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
with a projected
start date in April 2026 . These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy outbound sales, relationship building, and being part of a mission-driven organization that is growing quickly.
As an SDR at Nucleus, you will play a key role in expanding our reach by connecting with schools, educators, and education programs that can benefit from our courses.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound prospecting
through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to identify potential partners and customers.
Booking and qualifying meetings
for the sales team by identifying organizations that align with Nucleus’ mission.
Managing inbound leads & clientele
on our freemium subscriptions, as well as working with the Account Executives
Maintaining accurate records
of outreach and interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Participating in weekly team meetings
to review sales performance, strategy, and company goals.
Contributing to company growth
by helping expand Nucleus’ reach and increasing the number of students served.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
Outbound sales experience , ideally in the Education market.
Experience with
cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation .
Familiarity with
CRM tools and sales technology .
Strong
communication and relationship-building skills .
The ability to work
independently in a fully remote environment .
A
self-motivated mindset
with a strong drive to succeed.

team-first mentality
and willingness to collaborate with others.

education and making a positive impact on students’ lives .
Compensation and Benefits
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $105,000 with Base & Bonuses
