Part-Time Center Associate

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Store Clerk to join our team in Medina, Ohio. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing shipments, handling retail transactions, and supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
• Process shipping transactions accurately using POS systems
• Assist customers with packaging, labeling, and selecting shipping options
• Operate office equipment, including copiers, printers, and fax machines
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy
• Promote and upsell store products and services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment
• Perform opening and closing duties, including register balancing
• Assist with mailbox services, package tracking, and general inquiries

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Prior retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift packages (up to 50 lbs occasionally)

This position operates in a retail setting requiring standing for extended periods and interacting with customers throughout the day.
